The world
A safari jeep is priced whole rather than per head, so six people pay what two would. A boat on Gal Oya is the same. A cooking class with eight is a party. A drumming session in a walauwa needs an audience to be worth the drummers’ evening.
These also solve the harder problem with a group, which is that everybody wants something different. Each of them manages to give several people something at once.
