Before you send
Usually the same day, and always within 48 hours — our planners are in Colombo.
You book them. We send the properties, the rates and the direct links, so the reservation and its cancellation terms stay in your name.
We take care of it. Driver, guide, experiences and airport pick-up — arranged and confirmed by our team on the ground.
Estimates until your planner confirms them against live availability. Rates move with the season and with what's left.
The 7.5% concierge fee on your estimate covers planning the route, holding the arrangements, and a real person on the ground while you travel. It is already inside the total you see — nothing is added afterwards.
International flights, visas, travel insurance, meals beyond those listed, and anything you decide on once you're here. Hotel rates are shown as the property publishes them; local taxes and service charges may apply on top, and your planner confirms the final figure before you book.
